chapter
posted on 2012-12-11, 14:25 authored by Elizabeth T. HurrenThe chapter examines the role of heraldry, household medicine, and females who doctored their large families whilst at the Tudor Court. New research explores medical regimen and physic which was central to birthing rites for all courtiers connected to the Privy Chamber of Henry VIII.
