Comparative analysis of internalization approaches in research and teaching at Kremenchuk National University and University of Leicester

This article presents the outcomes of the cooperation between KrNU and UoL aimed to strengthen KrNU leader position in the region via adaptation best international practices in educational and research activities. A comparative analysis on internalisation approaches in two universities was provided, revealing strong sides adopted in both universities. Key points which could be successfully adopted by KrNU were indicated and analysed. Also, joint activities provided by both universities as a part of their strategic cooperation were pointed out, demonstrating positive impact on KrNU development in research and educational field during period. Additionally, the multifaceted impact of the scientific, academic, humanitarian, and technological support provided by the University of Leicester to KrNU, which has been operating under the conditions of Russian aggression for more than two years, is revealed.
