This proceedings volume presents original peer-reviewed contributions from theLondon Mathemat-ical Society Midlands Regional Meeting and Workshop on ’Galois Covers, Grothendieck-Teichm ̈ullerTheory and Dessins d’Enfants’. The regional meeting and workshop were held at the University ofLeicester in Leicester, United Kingdom from June 4 to 7, 2018 and were sponsored by the LondonMathematical Society (LMS) with additional support from the University of Leicester, the Anglo-Franco-German Representation Theory Network (REPNET) and the Engineering and Physical Sci-ences Research Council (EPSRC). It was attended by well over 70 participants from the UnitedKingdom and other European countries.
