Introduction • CARTO (Biosense Webster) uses the Interval Confidence Level (ICL) as primary metric, with Average and Shortest Complex Intervals (ACI, SCI) as complementary metrics for Complex Fractionated Atrial Electrogram (CFAE) identification. [1] • NavX (St Jude Medical) uses CFE-Mean as primary metric and CFE-StdDev as complementary metric for CFAE identification. [2] In this study, we investigated (1) the differences in commercial CFAE algorithms and (2) thresholds for the complementary metrics to characterise CFAE based on the agreement between those two systems
