Using Interactions within the HE Sector as an Alternative to Industrial Placements to Enhance Employability and Subject Knowledge

Students engaged more with activities that have a ‘real world’ connection. If industrial placements are not possible the same skills and subject knowledge enhancement can be produced by student interactions between departments or universities. Exemplar activities will be presented illustrating their benefits and showing how they can be embedded into existing programmes.
