This appendix contains SNP genotyping data from complete SNP genotyping results from studies on DNA3 and AA hotspots, and the childhood ALL study. For recombination hotspot analysis, these data formed the basis of the crossover analysis design. SNP genotyping data from the British ALL cohort was classified by major subtypes and compared with health control groups.
