Sequencing of a mock community of bacteriophages with three different sequencing technologies , in triplicate.
Reads were assembled with multiple different assembly algorithms including
Assembled contigs were compared to the known input phage genomes to calculate completeness of genomes
All raw reads were deposisted in the ENA.
The attached file contains assembled contigs.
Files are named in the following manner
Library Number, Sequencing type , assembler used
eg lib1_PacBio_wtdbg2.fa
Library 1 sequenced using PacBio and assembed with wtdb2
Data Update
With advances in base calling the ONT data was re-basecalled.
re-called ONT data is in ONT_recalled.tar.gz and also avalible in the SRA .
