Dataset: Human single-cell recording

This is a 30' multi-unit recording in the medial temporal lobe of an epileptic patient from Itzhak Fried's lab at UCLA. (74MB zip)<div><br></div><div>Use wave_clus (see <a href="https://www2.le.ac.uk/centres/csn/software/wave-clus">https://www2.le.ac.uk/centres/csn/software/wave-clus</a>) for spike detection and sorting of this data. Wave_clus is a fast and unsupervised algorithm for spike detection and sorting compatible with Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems.<br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
