These are IDL datasets listing mean energy, energy flux, derived Pedersen and Hall height-integrated conductances, number of contributing pixels, ratios between mean energy and qflux, ratios between Pedersen and Hall conductances, and standard deviations in the Pedersen conductances (structure suffixes: meane, qflux, cpede, chall, count, ratmq, ratph, stdev). Prefixes for tag names describe total (TOT), minimum (MIN), maximum (MAX) and number of contributing (NUM) values per bin. Data are derived from the SSUSI/DMSP spacecraft that undergone a superposed epoch analysis. Each array for each structure tag is in an array for format [25, 24] for 25 steps through a substorm - steps are at 0.25 delta-t, where delta-t is defined as the period between substorm onset and the start of the recovery phase, and 24 magnetic local time bins. Files are stored by name representing the magnetic latitude of substorm onset that they represent, ranging from 50 degrees minimum, to 90 degrees maximum.
