Simulated Dataset (#986) from Scenario 2 of simulation study included in the manuscript "Fair comparisons of cause-specific and relative survival by accounting for the systematic removal of patients from risk-sets" by Wells et al (submitted to Cancer Epidemiology).

This dataset should be used along with a Simulated Dataset Population Mortality File and analysed in Do-file (referenced).
