VCF files containing sequence variation calls for different mice across the intelectin region

VCF files containing sequence variation calls for different mice across the intelectin region. These variation calls were generated using Freebayes on sequences aligned to a BAC contig spanning the mouse intelectin region. Both full-size vcf files and vcf files representing filtered exon-only calls are included. See Dr Faisal Almalki's thesis in the references for more details.
