The objectives are as follows: To assess the diagnostic test accuracy of the Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination-III (ACE-III) and the mini-ACE, for the screening of all-cause dementia, dementia subtypes (Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia), and mild cognitive impairment, across all healthcare settings at all prespecified thresholds.
