journal contribution
posted on 2022-03-08, 12:05 authored by Joe Wills

Recently the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has adjudicated this delicate matter, con-cluding that Member States can mandate blan-ket pre-stunning requirements for all slaughter without contravening EU law.
