Contemporary Approaches towards Pure Economic Loss in the Law of Negligence

This article examines contemporary decisions involving claims for pure economic loss in the law of negligence. It considers whether claims for pure economic loss may now be brought in situations going beyond the statements/services context, and the bases upon which liability may be imposed in pure economic loss claims.
