This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Qualitative). The objectives are as follows: To identify, appraise and synthesise qualitative research evidence on healthcare stakeholders’ perceptions and experiences of factors affecting the implementation of CCT. To identify hypotheses, for subsequent consideration and assessment in effectiveness reviews, about factors that are more likely to ensure successful implementation of CCT.
