<p dir="ltr">We appreciate Dr Čulić’s comment,(1) expanding on why the findings of our recent study(2)<br>might be relevant for various vulnerable populations. The proposed underlying rationale is that<br>short bouts of higher-intensity physical activity (PA) might confer cardiovascular health<br>benefits, while posing a lower risk for acute cardiac events compared to longer higher-intensity<br>bouts.(1)</p>
