The doctoral work carried out was funded by the IMPACT doctoral training programme and the Medical Research Council.<br><br>The video shows a top view of the movement displayed by the IMD-PAD domains of the CtPDI:CtEDEM heterodimer, generated using cryoEM data analysed in 3D variability analysis in cryoSPARC and displayed in Chimera volume series tool.</p>
