<p dir="ltr">This is Video 3 to be deposited with the Doctoral Thesis for Charlie J. Hitchman. The doctoral work carried out was funded by the IMPACT doctoral training programme and the Medical Research Council.<br><br>The video shows a side view of the movement displayed by the TRX domains of the CtPDI:CtEDEM heterodimer, generated using cryoEM data analysed in 3D variability analysis in cryoSPARC and displayed in Chimera volume series tool.</p>
