This Is a new outcome measure recently published within the BJSM and freely available.

The outcome measure is scored out of 100, with the score split into 2 sections for symptoms (50 points) and physical activity(50 points). 


Q1-5 are the symptoms score (50points)

Q6-8 are activity score (50points) 

The MCID for the PROM is 5 points in either element
