Addressing inequalities in cardiovascular health and care

This work was conducted in association with the British Heart Foundation, and with the support of the University of Leicester Institute for Policy. This briefing aims to tackle the pressing issue of health inequalities and inform policy, proposing a series of key policy recommendations to deliver more effective practice and better health outcomes. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
