National Ethics Trust for dignified medical choices: Establishing a key independent body where patients can take their difficult medical prognosis for in-life and end-of-life care.

This policy briefing paper was produced by Professor Elizabeth Hurren, Chair in Modern History at the University of Leicester, with the support of the University of Leicester Institute for Policy. This briefing aims to tackle the pressing issue of health inequalities and inform policy, proposing a key policy recommendation to create a National Ethics Trust to provide the necessary help and support for patients and their loved ones for in-life and end-of-life care.
