This report provides a deep analysis into the experiences of communities affected by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines and their perceptions of how aid agencies worked with them.
Adopting a qualitative approach in the spirit of listening projects, this study draws on three months of fieldwork with affected people in 22 villages across four areas.
The study should be read alongside our Who’s listening? case study report https://plan-international.org/whos-listening
