Do-file containing the code for the weighted Kaplan Meier approaches used to account for the systematic removal of patients from risk-sets when using cause-specific survival to estimate marginal net survival.

To successfully recreate the analysis as presented in the journal article, two datasets should be used as input files, namely: 

- Simulated Dataset (#986) from Scenario 2

- Simulated Dataset Population Mortality File

Datasets are referenced below.


Stata software is required to run the code, all the datasets should be within '.do' file working directory.
